In just one, very brief paragraph, I'm going to teach you how to lucid dream...
Lay down and go to sleep. Lay on your back with your arms at your side and your eyes closed. LAY PERFECTLY STILL. You must stay awake. Your brain will slowly begin to send signals to your body to see if you are ready to sleep. These signals include: getting and itch, changing your body position, wanting to blink or move your eyeballs (remember your eyes should be closed). YOU MUST IGNORE ALL OF THESE IMPULSES. After about 20-30 minutes you will slowly begin to feel a weight on your chest that gets slightly heavier and heavier; you may even hear a strange noise and start to feel some strange vibrations. You have now successfully entered sleep paralysis; your subconscious mind now thinks you are asleep. Now you will be aware that you’re dreaming. You will see your imagination begin to awake and become more and more believable. Soon all 5 of your senses will be fully engaged and you will be able to smell, feel, see, hear, and taste. You must continue to remain fully aware that you’re dreaming. You can now begin to control your dreams. You will find that as quickly as you decide to, you can revisit a past memory, travel through space and time, or even fly.
