Lucid dreaming can change your life...and it can be hard to do. Luckily, there are people like me who have spent years learning and perfecting the process and we are here to share everything we know with you.

Conscious Dreaming
This documentary follows 3 people as they attempt to have lucid dreams. Working with scientists and researchers, the main characters experiment with new techniques to induce lucid dreams.
Includes interviews with experts and details on recent research, this 30 min. video is definitely one to check out.
